Misleading claims, fake urgency, bait-and-switch or false endorsements.
Causes, most likely first
- Misleading or unsubstantiated claims, false health claims, exaggerated benefits, fake testimonials, unverifiable guarantees.
- Fabricated urgency or scarcity, countdown timers, fake limited-time offers, "Only 2 left!".
- Bait-and-switch, advertising one offer while the landing page delivers another.
- False endorsements or claimed affiliations with celebrities, agencies or known brands.
How to fix it
If your numbers are managed by a platform
There is no correct-and-resubmit path for this code. The rejection is terminal for the campaign as submitted. If your numbers sit inside a reseller platform such as LeadConnector inside GoHighLevel, ask that platform's support team for the rejection code in writing so you have it on record, then treat the remedy below as the only route.
The remedy is a new brand and a new campaign built on a use case that does not fall in the prohibited category. Editing this campaign and resubmitting it will not clear the rejection.
