Error code
30964: Campaign rejected: non-secured URL (http://) detected
Not eligible for resubmission. Stated by: GHL 155000007572; Twilio page.
What this error means
A URL in the campaign uses HTTP instead of HTTPS.
Causes, most likely first
http://URLs in sample messages.- Website URL in the registration uses HTTP.
- Mixed content, the main URL is HTTPS but the landing page loads resources or redirects over HTTP.
How to fix it
If your numbers are managed by a platform
There is no correct-and-resubmit path for this code. The rejection is terminal for the campaign as submitted. If your numbers sit inside a reseller platform such as LeadConnector inside GoHighLevel, ask that platform's support team for the rejection code in writing so you have it on record, then treat the remedy below as the only route.
The remedy is a new brand and a new campaign built on a use case that does not fall in the prohibited category. Editing this campaign and resubmitting it will not clear the rejection.
If you own the Twilio account
Not eligible for resubmission. Install a valid SSL/TLS certificate and make every campaign URL https:// before registering a new campaign. Contact Support if you believe it's an error.
Timing and resubmission
Not eligible for resubmission, a harsh outcome for what is usually a certificate misconfiguration. Check first.
Two ways forward
Have it handled for you
A2P registration is handled for you on Growth at $597/mo and on Scale at $1,197/mo. Registration, resubmissions, and the compliance work behind them are included.
