30753: Brand Registration Failure: Unsupported email address

What this error means

The email on the registration isn't accepted, wrong format, bad domain, or a free/personal domain where a business one is required.

Causes, most likely first

  1. Free/personal/generic domain (gmail.com, yahoo.com) used for brand_contact_email on Authentication+ registrations.
  2. Malformed address or invalid syntax.
  3. Unknown or disposable domain.
  4. Stale invalid email sitting in the customer profile.

How to fix it

If your numbers are managed by a platform

If your numbers sit inside a reseller platform, for example LeadConnector numbers inside GoHighLevel, you do not have access to the Twilio Console, and the interface shows the rejection without the code. Ask that platform's support team for the Twilio rejection error code, in writing, before you change anything. You can also read it yourself from your browser, which is faster: see how to get the code.

The substance of the fix is yours to make: the business details, the website, and the opt-in flow described in the Twilio path all belong to you, not to the platform. Make those changes first, confirm they are live, then ask support to resubmit. A resubmission filed before the underlying facts change will fail again on the same reason.

If you own the Twilio account

Replace with a well-formed address on a valid, non-disposable domain. For brand_contact_email, use a business/organisational domain clearly tied to the brand. If you corrected a contact email used for Authentication+, retrigger 2FA in Console (or via the 2FA Verification resource) and have the contact complete it before the deadline in the email. If your business domain genuinely should qualify, contact Support.

Timing and resubmission

Authentication+ verification emails carry their own deadline stated in the email; letting it lapse requires a resend, which restarts that sub-clock but not brand review.

Two ways forward
