What this error means
Alcohol content with a missing, weak or bypassable age gate.
Causes, most likely first
- No 21+ age gate on the website in the registration.
- Age verification method insufficient, a simple checkbox or date-of-birth field that doesn't meet the CTIA standard for robust age-gate verification.
- Age gate bypassable, broken, or not present on all entry points.
- Opt-in flow doesn't verify age before enrolment.
How to fix it
If your numbers are managed by a platform
There is no correct-and-resubmit path for this code. The rejection is terminal for the campaign as submitted. If your numbers sit inside a reseller platform such as LeadConnector inside GoHighLevel, ask that platform's support team for the rejection code in writing so you have it on record, then treat the remedy below as the only route.
The remedy is a new brand and a new campaign built on a use case that does not fall in the prohibited category. Editing this campaign and resubmitting it will not clear the rejection.
