Brand codes the platforms do not document
Why these codes are grouped
These brand registration codes have no named failing field and no documented resubmission status in any source checked. Both of the platform help articles that cover rejection handling deal only with campaigns, so brand codes have almost no coverage outside Twilio's own error pages, and those pages give a general reason without naming a field.
What each code means is below, from Twilio's page for that code, with a link to the source. Where the remedy is genuinely unknown, this page says so rather than guessing.

30702: Brand Registration Failure: Registration not found
Twilio went to reconcile your brand with The Campaign Registry and the brand record wasn't there any more.

30710: Deleting a Brand with Active Campaigns is Not Allowed
You tried to delete a brand that still has campaigns hanging off it.

30711: Deleting a Brand with Active Brand Sharing is Not Allowed
The brand is shared with other accounts, so it can't be deleted until those sharing links are removed.

Your account has hit the ceiling on how many A2P brands it may register.

30714: Vetting Token Rejected by TCR
TCR, not Twilio, refused the vetting token you supplied.

30734: Brand Registration Failure: Sole Proprietor brands are not enabled
This account isn't permitted to create Sole Proprietor brands, or the business doesn't qualify for that type.

30747: Brand Registration Failure: Address duplicate threshold reached
The address on this Sole Proprietor registration has already been used on too many other Sole Prop brands.
