Error code, effective 15 September 2026

30547: Call-to-Action is missing opt-out instructions

Eligible for resubmission. Stated by: Twilio Help Center article 9321443984155.

What this error means

Call-to-Action is missing opt-out instructions. Twilio groups this code under Opt-In and Consent.

How to fix it

If your numbers are managed by a platform

If your numbers sit inside a reseller platform, for example LeadConnector numbers inside GoHighLevel, you do not have access to the Twilio Console, and the interface shows the rejection without the code. Ask that platform's support team for the Twilio rejection error code, in writing, before you change anything. You can also read it yourself from your browser, which is faster: see how to get the code.

The correction listed here is yours to make. The business details, the website, the opt-in flow, and the policy pages all belong to you rather than to the platform. Make the changes, confirm they are live, then ask support to resubmit. A resubmission filed before the underlying facts change will fail again on the same reason.

If you own the Twilio account

Twilio lists the following correction for this code:

  1. Add clear opt-out instructions to the CTA disclosure that reference a valid opt-out keyword such as STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, HALT, or CANCEL, for example "Text STOP to cancel".
  2. Resubmit with the updated disclosure text.

Timing and resubmission

This code is eligible for resubmission. Correct what is described above and file again. It is not a terminal rejection, so there is no need to build a new brand or a new campaign to clear it.

The code applies from 15 September 2026. If you are looking at a rejection raised before that date, it will carry one of the existing codes instead.

Two ways forward

Have it handled for you

A2P registration is handled for you on Growth at $597/mo and on Scale at $1,197/mo. Registration, resubmissions, and the compliance work behind them are included.
